Organic Vegetable Oil Refinery

Partnering with Cota Group, Daabon Organic expanded their operations and the first organic vegetable oil processing facility in Australia was built. The 18 metre high facility offers more than 850m² of processing area over 6 levels. Each piece of processing equipment within the tower varies in shape, size and location, meaning the structure required full co-ordination and intricate design methodology to ensure each item was installed successfully. Built within an existing warehouse, strengthening works of the existing structure was first needed to allow a portion of the roof to be removed, making way for the new processing tower to be built. All works were carried out seemlessly and also allowed Daabon to continue to operate in the surrounding areas throughout the building period.
