Engaged on a “Cost Plus” basis, Cota Group were able to offer a cost effective facelift and valuable expansion of Independent Demolition’s headquarters. Works included fully refurbished office and amenity areas, as well as a new mezzanine within the warehouse. Construction was carried out across 3 separate stages to keep the business operating during works.
